Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised & Signed Items
All signed or personalised copies are made to order. Because each book is customised specifically for the buyer, personalised items can only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.
Non‑Personalised Items
If you purchased a non‑personalised item (e.g., unsigned book or merchandise), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note:
I cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit on their way back to me. For this reason, I recommend using a tracked or insured return service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email me within 14 days with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- a photo of the damage (Including packaging if damaged in transit)
I will replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. If you need an exchange, please contact me first before returning anything.
